The main purpose of this study is analyzing the level technical efficiency MSMEs fashion offline with and online in Surabaya, examine differences between online, determine factors that affect efficiency. This uses purposive sampling method primary data. Non-parametric parametric approach used Data Envelopment Analysis, Independent sample T-Test Tobit Regression.
